摘　　要：2BTR-5型推式播种机采用凸齿式柔性护种排种装置,实现了床作精少量播种作业,彻底解决了长期以来一直无法解决的排种器伤种、伤芽问题。该机结构简单,操作方便,制造成本低;性能试验和生产试验的结果显示:机具的作业质量比手工播种显著提高,生产率提高了4倍,作业成本减少了2倍,节约种子近30%,具有显著的经济效益和生态效益。2BTR-5 Push-type Seeder adopts a convex tooth-type＇flexible seed protecting and metering device, making precise small-amount sowing operation and totally solving the problem with seeders damaging seeds and realizing bed buds that has remained unsolved for a long time. The device features a simple structure, convenient operation and low manufacturing costs, with performance test and production test results showing： the operation quality of the device has improved substantially, productivity has improved by 4 times and operating cost has reduced by two times, saving nearly 30% seeds, with significant economic and ecological benefits.
