摘　　要：提出了当前研究科技工作者社会责任问题的重要意义,分析了科技工作者社会责任问题的由来和发展、科技工作者社会责任的内涵。在此基础上,运用对北京、浙江、江苏、陕西企业、高校、科研院所1 344名科技工作者的调查数据,分析了中国科技工作者社会责任意识的基本特征,提出了提升中国科技工作者社会责任意识的政策建议。We point out the important significance of the problem of social responsibility of scientific and technical workers,and analyze its origin,development and connotation.Based on the above and using the investigation data of 1344 scientific and technical workers at enterprises,universities,and research institutes in Beijing,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,and Shaanxi,we deal with basic characteristics of the social responsibility consciousness of Chinese scientific and technical workers,and present some policy suggestions to enhance their social,responsibility consciousness.
