人乳头病毒16、18型与人胃腺癌关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :采用PCR法检测胃癌患者人乳头病毒 (HPV) 16、18型DNA序列 ,探讨HPV类型与人胃腺癌的关系 ,为今后进行胃癌基因治疗及预防提供理论及实验依据。方法 :选择 2 9例胃癌 ,12例慢性胃炎 ,2例不典型增生胃炎患者 ,取癌变组织、癌前病变组织及正常胃组织进行PCR法检测HPV16、18型DNA。结果 :胃癌组织中HPV 16型阳性率 31% ,HPV 18型阳性率 2 4% ;胃腺癌组织中HPV16型阳性率 2 6 % ,HPV 18型阳性率 2 1.7% ;慢性胃炎伴不典型增生HPV16、18型阳性率各为 5 0 % ;而对照组慢性胃炎则未检出。结论 ;HPV16、18型与人胃腺癌有密切关系 ,HPV16、18型感染后可能作为胃癌的一种始动因子 ,开始作用于癌前病变 ,其DNA整合于异型增生细胞内 。Purpose: To investigate the relationship between human papillima virus (HPV) and gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods: HPV 16,18 DNA of carcerous tissue, precancerous tissue and normal gastric tissue were determined by PCR methods in 29 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, 12 cases of chronic gastritis, 2 cases of dysplasia. Results: The positeve rate of HPV 16, 18 in gastric carcinoma were 31%, 24% respectively, in gastric adenocarcinoma 26%, 21.7%, and the positive rate of HPV 16, 18 in dysplasia were 50% respectively, whereas both HPV 16 and 18 were not detected in chronic gastritis. Conclusion: HPV 16, 18 were associated with human gastric carcinoma. HPV 16, 18 may be a triggering factor of gastric cancer which acts on precancerous lesion and is involved in activation of various kinds of cancerigenic factors by infusing in atypical hyperplastic cells.
