摘　　要：目的　通过检测治疗前后脑肿瘤患者血清和脑脊液 (CSF)中唾液酸 (SA)含量 ,探讨其变化与疗效和转归的关系 ,并比较两者的优劣。方法　用SA快速比色测定盒对 43例脑肿瘤患者治疗前后血清和CSF中SA检测、随访进行分析 ,并与对照组比较。结果　脑肿瘤患者血清SA含量术后较术前增加 (P >0 .0 5 )而CSF SA下降 ,良性肿瘤组有明显减低 (P <0 .0 0 1)。恶性肿瘤经放疗或 /和化疗后缓解期SA亦显著减低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,复发胶质瘤则显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　血清和CSF中SA含量的变化都可作为脑肿瘤治疗后疗效、复发及转归的监测指标 ,而后者更为恰当、迅速 。? Objective To study the relationship between the sialic acid levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of patients with brain tumor and curative effects and prognosis.Methods The total sialic acid fast test kit was used to measure levels of sialic acid in the serum and CSF of 43 patients with brain tumor;the results were analysed and compared with those of the control group respectively.Results The patients with brain tumor had higher serumal sialic acid levels after surgery than those before surgery.The sialic acid levels in CSF of patients with benign tumor after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery (P<0.001).The sialic acid levels in serum and CSF of patients with malignant tumor were significantly decreased after surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy(P<0.001).Conclusions Concentration of sialic acid in serum and CSF of patients with brain tumor can serve as an index of curative effect and prognosis,but the sialic acid test of CSF in patients with brain tumor was more valuable than that of serum of patients with brain tumor. 〔
