摘　　要：目的　研究苦参碱 (matrine ,Ma)对胃腺癌细胞SGC 790 1Bcl 2表达的影响。方法　Ma作用于胃腺癌细胞SGC 790 1,48h后收集细胞爬片 ,用抗Bcl 2mAb和免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析技术分析Bcl 2。结果　Ma作用的胃腺癌细胞Bcl 2表达量A值 118.80 4± 0 .2 65 ,较对照组细胞 10 4.5 2 7± 0 .0 86下降显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Ma对胃癌细胞的凋亡诱导作用可能与其影响Bcl? Objective To investigate the effect of matrine on expression of Bcl 2 in gastric carcinoma cell.Methods Gastric carcinoma cell line SGC 7901 were co cultured with matrine.After 48 hours,the cells sticking to the wall of glass were collected and studied with the monoclonal antibody against Bcl 2 by using immunohistochemical SABC method and imaging analysis.Results The expression of Bcl 2 in gastric carcinoma cells cocultured with matrine (A=118.804±0.265) decreased comparing with the controls (A=104.527±0.086) with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The apoptosis induction of gastric carcinoma cells by matrine may be related with the change of the expression of Bcl 2. 〔
