摘　　要：目的:观察按扣式精密附着体修复单侧远中游离缺失的临床效果。方法:对8例单侧远中游离缺失的患者采用按扣式精密附着体进行修复,并随访6～24个月评价修复后的功能和外观、固位和稳定、咀嚼效率及对基牙的影响。结果:8例患者对修复后咀嚼效率的结果都很满意;对固位和稳定满意5例,基本满意3例;功能和美观满意6例,基本满意2例;松动基牙5例均满意。结论:按扣式精密附着体修复单侧远中游离缺失的临床效果良好,是极具前景的口腔修复方法。Objective To observate the clinical effect of type precision attachment denture with unilateral distal free-end.Methods In 8 patients with unilateral distal deletion in patients using type precision attachment for repair,with a follow-up of 6 - 24 months evaluation after restoration of function and appearance,stability and retention,masticatory efficiency and effect of abutments.Results On 8 patients after repair of masticatory efficiency results are satisfactory;on the retention and stability of satisfactory in 5 cases,3 cases were basically satisfied;functionally and cosmetically satisfactory in 6 cases,2 cases were basically satisfied;loose abutment teeth of 5 patients were satisfied.Conclusion Type precision attachment denture with unilateral distal deletion of the good clinical effect,is a promising oral repair method.
