摘　　要：目的　对吡柔比星 ( pirarubicin ,THP)膀胱腔内灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发进行初步探讨。 方法　回顾性分析 15例膀胱癌患者的术后灌注效果。结果　THP3 0mg溶于注射用水 3 0ml行膀胱灌注 (保留 3 0分钟 ) ,可以发挥良好的抗癌疗效而无明显不良反应发生。结论　THP短期内膀胱灌注防治膀胱癌术后复发有一定的潜在应用前景 。? Objective To evaluate the efficacy of short term intravesical instillation of pirarubicin(THP) following complete transurethral resection (TUR) of superficial bladder cancer.Methods 15 patients with superficial bladder cancer after transurethral resection (TUR) were intravescially irrigated with THP at a concentration of 30mg/30ml and a retention period of 30minutes.Results It was appropriate in terms of its potent anti tumor effect and less side effect.All patients have no recurrence and side effect.Conclusions THP is a drug of promise to be used in the treatment of superficial bladder cancer after TUR,whose long term effect needs to be further studied. 〔
