浅析研究生创新能力的培养

摘　　要：研究生教育是最高层次的教育，研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的重要内容。文章从研究生、导师、课程体系、师生关系、外界因素等出发，分析了研究生创新能力的培养与研究生创新意识的培养、导师创新能力的加强、教学体系建设的完善、和谐的师生关系和灵活的创新制度密不可分。Postgraduate education is the highest level in education, it is the important content to cultivate the ability of innovation on postgraduate education. In the paper, it is clear that the cultivation of innovative ability for graduate students is closely and inseparably related to postgraduate innovative consciousness, teacher innovation ability, excellent teaching system, harmonious rela- tionship between teachers and students, flexible innovation system from the graduate student, teacher, course system, the relationship between teachers and students and the external factors.
