摘　　要：目的：探讨腹部多排螺旋cT血管成像在经动脉导管介入治疗肝癌中的应用价值。方法：针对38例肝癌患者，实施增强扫描后，经最大密度投影、容积再现血管重建结果，制定介入方案。结果：通过腹部多排螺旋CT血管成像可以详细观察到肝脏的供血情况、病灶内动静脉短路情况、门脉癌栓部位、病灶大小及性质等内容。结论：多排螺旋CT血管成像应用于可提高介入治疗的准确性及效率，进而提高手术的成功率。Objective： To evaluate the guidance value with MSCTA （Multislice helical computer-tomography angiography MSCTA） in the interventional treatment of liver cancer. Methods：With 38 cases of liver cancer patient being made many-phase of enhancement scanning on the diagnosis,maximum density projection （MIP） and volume rendering （VR） for the blood vessel are reconstructed by the post-processing workstation. To design involvement treatment plan. Results： MSCTA can display clearly the arterial blood supply of liver.intralesional arteriovenous short circuit.portal vein tumor thrombus position.lesion size and properties. Conclusion ：MSCTA is helpful in the enhancement enhancing the accuracy and the efficiency of involvement treatment,and thus furthermore it can raised success rate of the surgery.
