摘 要:基于社会资本理论,在以往关系资本与联盟绩效关系研究的基础上引入组织间学习这一变量,运用结构方程模型对68家参与R&D联盟的高技术企业进行实证研究,结果显示:关系资本对R&D联盟创新绩效有显著正向影响,组织间学习是连接关系资本与联盟创新绩效之间关系的中介变量。在中国复杂的经济环境中,R&D联盟应更加注重从关系治理及知识学习的角度协调与管理,以促进我国创新型国家进程的实现。Based on the social capital theory and the former studies of the relationship between relationship capital and alliance performance,this paper introduces a variable "organizational learning" and conducts empirical researches on the selected 68 high technology enterprise participating in R&D alliance by applying structural equation model.The empirical results show that relationship capital has a significant and positive impact on R&D alliance performance;the organizational learning is an intermediary variable connecting relationship capital to alliance innovation performance.In the complex economic environment,the R&D alliance should focus on coordinating and managing from a new perspective of relational governance and knowledge learning to promote the process of realizing our innovation-oriented country.
