摘  要:目的制备H2O2的氨基酸包合物固体,应用于水产养殖中的营养剂和增氧剂。方法采用共沉淀法,H2O2在NaCl存在下可以与Na2SO4形成稳定的加合物,利用该性质,用H2O2来包合氨基酸,进而形成H2O2和氨基酸的包合物。结果通过实验确定的最佳优选工艺为:30%H2O2溶液与Na2SO4的投料比(V/m)为50mL∶64g,加复合氨基酸20mL,制备温度为15℃;加入8g NaCl和0.16g复合稳定剂;100℃干燥30min;制得包含物中含有H2O210%,氨基酸含量为0.45%。结论上述方法制得的H2O2-氨基酸包含物适宜于作为水产养殖使用的营养剂和增氧剂,而且具有便于储藏,使用方便之特点。Aim To prepare H2O2-amino acids clathrate for using as nutrients and oxygenator in aquaculture. Method Chemical coprecipitation method was chosen to prepare H2O2-amino acids clathrate. Based on the fact that a stable calthrate phase could form by the reaction between H2O2 and Na2 SO4 in the presence of NaCl, we chose hydrogen peroxide interaction with amino acids to form the solid clathrate. Result The optimum process is as following: 20 mL composite amino acids was added in the mixture solution with the reactant ratio of 50 mL to 64 g between 30% H2O2 solution to NazSO4 ( VH2O2/m) at 15℃. Then, 8 g NaC1 and 0.16 g composite stabilizer are added in the mixture solution. Let it dry for 30 min at 100℃. Finally, the clathrate product contains about 10% H2O2 and 0.45% amino acids. Conclusion H202-amino acids clathrate which was obtained with the aforementioned method is suitable for being used as nutrients and increasing oxygen agent in aquaculture, and it is not only easily stored but also convenient for use.
