摘　　要：目的:探讨河南汉族人群中血小板膜糖蛋白Iba(GPIba)基因HPA-2多态性与动脉硬化性脑梗死(ABI)的关系。方法:采用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测436例河南汉族ABI患者和549名正常对照者GPIbaHPA-2位点基因型及等位基因频率。结果:在河南汉族人群中ABI组HPA-2的a/a和a/b基因型频率分别为90.1%和9.9%,未发现b/b基因型;2组间3种基因型和等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GPIbaHPA-2多态性可能与河南汉族人群ABI的发生无关联性。Aim：To explore the associations between GPIba HPA-2 polymorphisms and atherothrombotic brain infarction （ABI） in Henan Han population.Methods：A total of 436 cases of ABI and 549 healthy subjects of Henan Han population were recruited to detect the GPIba HPA-2 polymorphisms by PCR-RFLP.Results：The genotype frequencies of GPIba HPA-2 polymorphism were 90.1%（a/a） and 9.9%（a/b）, respectively,and b/b genotype was not found in the ABI group.Compared with the control group,the frequencies of these three genotypes and the two alli had not significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：GPIba gene HPA-2 polymorphism may be not associated with the occurrence of ABI.
