摘 要:目的:研究河南汉族人群的指纹纹型特点,为人类学、遗传学和医学肤纹学等研究领域提供基础皮纹学参数。方法:在知情同意情况下,油墨法按捺河南汉族无关个体(男98例、女73例以及6家系成员43例)十指指纹。结果:河南汉族群体中,弓型纹(A)、箕型纹(L)、斗型纹(W)观察到的比例分别为2.4%、49.0%、48.6%。女性以L多见(55.8%),男性以W多见(54.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.042,P=0.025)。A多见于中指;尺箕多见于食指和环指,桡箕多见于中指;简斗和双箕斗多见于小指;但不同手指的指纹模式分布在左右手之间(χ2=0.132,P=0.716)以及性别之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.877,P=0.171)。左右对应手指指纹组合格局中总体表现为W/W(37.5%)>L/L(36.7%)>W/L(20.4%)>L/A(3.9%)>A/A(1.1%)>W/A(0.6%)。家系调查发现有两个家系成员分别表现为倾向W或L遗传,余4个家系成员呈随机性遗传。结论:河南汉族群体中指纹纹型有自身的特点,又有其他人群的一般特征。另外,进一步证明了指纹纹型受多基因控制。Aim:To study the finger dermatoglyphic parameters of Henan Han population so as to provide basic parameter for anthropology, genetics and medical dermatoglyphics.Methods:With informed consent,fingerprints from 98 unrelated males, 73 females and 43 memberships in 6 pedigrees were collected by using ink-print method and analyzed.Results:In Henan Han population,the frequencies of arch,loop and whorl were 2.4%,49.0%,48.6%,respectively. The main fingerprint pattern in males was showed as whorl, however, the loop was the main type in females,and there was significant difference between sexes(χ2=5.042,P=0.025). Arch was mainly distributed in middle fingers;Lu was mainly in index and ring fingers, and Lr in middle fingers;Ws and Wd were mainly in little fingers,respectively; However there was no significant difference in fingerprint pattern with different fingers from left/right hands( χ2=0.132,P=0.716)or males/females( χ2=1.877,P=0.171).The frequencies of fingerprints patterns combination left with right hands were W/W(37.5%) L/L(36.7%)W/L(20.4%)L/A(3.9%)A/A(1.1%)W/A(0.6%).In pedigrees investigation, memberships in 2 pedigrees were showed genetic trend as whorl or loop. However, memberships in most pedigrees were displayed as randomly genetic trend.Conclusion:The distribution of fingerprint patterns of Henan Han population showed its features as well as the common characteristics comparing with others populations. Besides, it was further demonstrated that the finger dermatoglyphics may be controlled by multi-genes.
