中医药为主的社区康复模式对缺血中风恢复期气虚血瘀证患者运动功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药为主的社区康复模式对缺血中风气虚血瘀证患者运动功能的影响。方法:选择乌鲁木齐沙依巴克社区内2008年10月1日—2010年6月30日的社区缺血性脑卒中恢复期轻中程度运动功能障碍患者60例,随机分为两组,试验组30例,对照组30例,主要观察指标有综合评判功能独立性评价量表(FIM)、日常生活能力评估(Barthel Index,BI)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)。结果:治疗后试验组的神经功能、日常生活活动能力和肢体运动功能较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医药为主的社区康复模式能改善缺血中风恢复期气虚血瘀证患者的神经功能缺损程度,促进肢体运动功能的恢复,提高日常生活能力。Objective：To obselve the TCM in community rehabilitation model for movement function of ischemia patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods ：From October 1,2008 to June 30,2010 UrumQi Saybagh communities,60 cases of ischemic stroke recovery period with slight motor dysfunction were divided into two groups randomly ,30 cases in each group. The main out- come measures had comprehensive evaluations using the functional independent measure （FIM） , evaluation of ability of daily liv- ing （ Barthel Index, BI ）, neural function defect score （NIHSS）. Results ： After treatment, nerve function, activities of daily living and limb motor function in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： TCM in community rehabilitation pattern can improve the degree of neural function defect, promote the recovery of limb function and improve the ability of daily life of ischemic apoplexy convalescent patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
