乳岩消汤对乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察乳岩消汤对乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将52例乳腺癌术后化疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组给予常规治疗,治疗组于术后第3天起加服中药。观察两组治疗前、后的临床症状积分、血T淋巴细胞亚群水平等。结果:治疗组治疗后的各临床症状积分指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01);治疗组治疗后CD4+%、CD4+%/CD8+%升高(P<0.05或<0.01),与对照组同期比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳岩消汤能改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者的临床症状,提高了患者的细胞免疫功能,对术后预防复发和转移具有重要的意义。Objective ： To observe the effect of Ruyanxiao decoction on immune function of patients with breast cancer postoper- ative chemotherapy. Methods ：52 patients with breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, two groups received conventional therapy ,3 days after operation the treatment group additionally took traditional Chinese medicine. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptom score and blood lymphocyte subsets were observed. Results：After treatment,the symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 or 〈0.01）;CD4% and CD4＋%/CD8% increased（P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01）,compared with the same time of the control group it had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Ruyanxiao decoction can improve clinical symptoms and immune func- tion of patients with breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy, and had great significance of preventing postoperative recurrence and metastasis.
