中药分期治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的痘疹样胃炎

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗H感染的痘疹样胃炎的效果。方法:符合诊断标准的病例63例,予抗Hp治疗2周(耐信20mg,阿莫西林1g,克拉霉素0.5g,复方铝铋颗粒1袋,每日2次口服)。若胃胀明显者,加服吗丁啉10mg,3次/d。活动期多属脾胃湿热以泻心汤加减,半夏,黄芩,黄连,陈皮,枳壳,厚朴,金银花;修复期多属脾胃虚弱以六君子汤加减:太子参,茯苓,白术,甘草,陈皮,半夏,丹参,砂仁,檀香。1个疗程为4周,1个疗程后两组进行比对。结果:Hp感染61例患者转阴,HP根除率为95.8%;痊愈48例占76.2%;显效10例,占15.9%;有效4例,占6.3%;无效1例,占1.6%;总有效率98.4%。结论:西医结合治疗Hp感染的痘疹样胃炎具有显著疗效。Objective：To observe the combination therapy of smallpox-like gastritis and Hp infection effect. Methods：63 pa- tients met the diagnostic criteria were given anti-Hp treatmefit for 2 weeks （ Nexium 20mg, amoxicillin 1 g, clarithromycin 0.5 g, alu- minum bismuth compound particles 1 bag, twice a day orally）. If there was obviously stomach distention, the treatment added domperidone 10mg,3 times a day. Spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome in active period should be treated with modified Xiex- in Decoction： Pinellia, Scutellaria, Coptis, Citrus, Citrus aurantium, Magnolia and honeysuckle; spleen-stomach deficiency syn- drome in repair period be treated with modified Liujunzi Decoction ： heterophylla, Poria, Atractylodes, licorice, Citrus, Pinellia, Sal- via, Amomum and sandalwood. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks, after a course two groups were compared. Results ： Among 61 patients with negative Hp infection, Hp eradication rate was 95.8 % ;cured 48 cases accounted for 76.2% ;effective in 10 cases （ 15. 9% ） ;effective in 4 eases （6.3%） ;invalid 1 eases, accounting for 1.6% ;total efficiency was 98.4%. Conclusion：Combination therapy of smallpox-like gastritis and Hp infection has a significant effect.
