复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠血清SOD活性、MDA含量及胃黏膜病理组织学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的治疗作用。方法:将60只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型对照组、枸橼酸铋钾组和复方蜥蜴散80目、100目、80+100目组,采用无水乙醇诱导大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤,用比色法分别测定各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并在光镜下观察胃黏膜病理学改变。结果:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂能提高大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤血清SOD活性,减少血清MDA含量,且复方蜥蜴散80+100目效果最显著;胃黏膜病理组织学损伤有明显改善。结论:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对无水乙醇诱导的急性胃黏膜损伤有明显的治疗作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。Objective ：To discuss the therapeutic effect of different combinations of Compound Lizards Powder on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. Methods ：60 male Spaque -Dawley rats were divided into six groups randomly：normal control group, exper- imental control group, Bismuth Potassium Citrate group,80 mesh of Compound Lizards Powder group, 100 mesh of Compound Liz- ards Powder group ,80 ＋ 100 mesh of Compound Lizards Powder group. The lesion of gastric mucosa was established by giving ab- solute alcohol. The activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD） and malondialdehyde （MDA） in serum were determined by colorimet- ric assay and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were assessed under light microscopy. Results ： Different combinations of Com- pound Lizards Powder elevated SOD activity but reduced MDA content in serum on acute gastric mucosal lesion in rats. In addi- tion ,the therapeutic effect of 80 ＋ 100 mesh of Compound Lizards Powder group is best. The extent of mueosal lesion of experi- mental groups was significantly less than that of experimental control under light microscopy. Conclusion ： Different combinations of Compound Lizards Powder can significantly treat absolute ethanol - induced acute gastric mucosal lesion. The mechanism may be related to the antioxidation of the powder.
