高职院校图书馆档案建设探析

摘　　要：档案建设是一项重要的工作。对于一所新生的高职院校来说,图书馆的档案建设要注意3点:首先,要确定一个既能满足图书馆日常工作又能满足评估要求的"档案目录";其次,要统一和提高工作人员对于档案建设的认识,要求工作人员按照档案建设的要求及规范进行档案建设;第三,制定档案管理制度,明确档案收集、使用等方面的要求,以实现图书馆档案管理的科学化和规范化。The archives construction is an important work. For a newly-built higher vocational college, its library＇s archives construction should pay attention to three points： the first is determine a archives catalogue that can satisfy not only library＇s routine works but also the assessment requirements, the second is to unify and improve the understanding of archivist for archives construction and to require the archivist to carry out the archives construction based on the requirements and standards of the archives construction, and the third is to establish the archives management system, and make clear the archives collection and utilization requirements for realizing the scientific and standardized archives management of the library.
