摘　　要：从实验器材的选购及清洗,试剂的选择、配制及保存,消解时间和冷却时间等几方面总结了用碱性过硫酸钾—紫外分光光度法测定总氮时的注意事项。提出了配制碱性过硫酸钾时最好分别配制、单独保存,实验时再混合的观点。This article summarizes several cautions for determining the total nitrogen by using the method of Alkaline potassium persulfate digestion - uv spectrophotometer from the aspects of purchasing and cleaning experiment equipments, the reagent selection, preparation and preservation, digestion time and cooling time. And also it puts forward the view of preparing and preserving the, alkaline potassium persulfate separately and mixing them during the experiment.
