摘　　要：马克思的社会批判理论是马克思的哲学批判、经济学批判和文化批判理论的总称,它是马克思主义革命性和实践性的重要体现。其批判所指是资本社会的经济、政治、文化体系。马克思的社会批判理论具有鲜明的个性和特色,这主要表现为哲学批判与经济学批判、客观主义批判与主观主义批判、精英主义批判与大众主义批判的统一。把握马克思的社会批判理论的主要特点,是科学理解马克思主义理论精神实质的需要,也是正确把握当代社会实践的需要。The critical social theory of Marx is the general term of philosophical criticism,economics criticism and cultural criticism of Marx’s,it also incarnates the revolutionary and practical features of Marxism.Its criticism is within the meaning of economic,political and cultural system in the capitalist society.The critical social theory of Marxism is provided with distinct personality and characteristics,which are mainly expressed as the unity of the criticism on philosophy and economy,on objectivism and subjectivism,and also on elitism and universalism.It is the requirement of comprehending scientifically the spiritual essence of Marxist theory and grasping the contemporary social practice correctly that we can understand the key features of critical theory of Marx.
