超声波根管器械在下颌第一磨牙根管治疗中的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察超声波根管器械预备下颌第一磨牙的临床效果。方法 135颗患牙按随机原则分成两组,分别用超声波根管器械和手用器械预备根管,对其预备时间及术后3d、1周疼痛发生率进行对比分析。结果超声波根管器械预备根管的时间短,术后3d内疼痛发生率少于手用器械组(P<0.05),两组根管预备后的l周疼痛发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声波根管器械可缩短预备时间,明显降低短期疼痛反应,操作简单易行,利于临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic instrument in mandibular first molar＇ s root canal prepa- ration. Methods 135 mandibular first molars were collected and divided into two groups randomly. The experimental group was prepared with ultrasonic instrument; the control group was prepared with manual instrument. The operation time and the incidence of pain were compared. Results The experimental group was better than the control group on the operation time and the inci- dence of pain in 3 days （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no difference in these two groups to the incidence of pain after one week （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasonic instrument can reduce the operation time and the incidence of pain in a short time.
