废旧人造板饰面材料对UF胶固化特性的影响

摘　　要：以五种人造板表面装饰材料、新杨木刨花和废旧刨花板为实验材料,分析不同材料的粉末与UF胶的固化时间,研究了表面装饰材料对废旧人造板再生利用的影响。实验结果表明:废旧刨花板粉末与UF胶的固化时间为79.28s,清漆单板粉末与UF胶的固化时间为121.06s,铝塑板粉末与UF胶不固化;防火板粉末和浸渍纸粉末的活性基团有助于促进与UF胶的固化;硝基清漆与UF胶的固化时间比醇酸磁漆与UF胶的固化时间长;建议按照人造板不同饰面材料进行分类再利用或加工生产。Five kinds of surface decoration materials,new poplar wood particles and waste particleboard were investigated,and studied the effect of surface decoration materials on waste wood-based panel regenerated by analyzing curing time that UF resin with different material powder.The result indicated that： the curing time of waste particleboard powder with UF resin was 79.28s,and the curing time of veneer varnish powder with UF resin was 121.06s,aluminium plastic plate powder was not cure with UF resin;active groups existing in powder of fireproof board and impregnated paper were helpful to cure;curing time of polyurethane varnish with UF resin was longer than alkyd resin enamel,after film forming,both prolonged curing time.It is suggested that classification reuse and processing production should be done according to different surface decoration materials.
