摘 要:通过抑菌圈法比较了5种纳米抗菌剂的抗菌性能,优选出载银磷酸锆为效果较好的抗菌剂。通过分散度法,优选出六偏磷酸钠为效果较好的分散剂,并确定其最佳的加入量为纳米抗菌剂质量分数的1%。对杉木地板基材表面进行抗菌处理,通过贴膜法检测抗菌性能发现:当载银磷酸锆抗菌剂在涂料和MF中的加入量分别为1%和0.6%时,制备的抗菌杉木地板基材的抗菌率≥90%,有抗菌作用;当加入量分别为1.5%~2%和0.8%~1%时,抗菌杉木地板基材的抗菌率≥99%,有强抗菌作用。The antimicrobial properties of five different antimicrobial agents were tested by inhibitory zone method in this paper,selecting silver-loaded zirconium phosphate antimicrobial agent as the best one.Through dispersion method,sodium hexametaphosphate was selected as the best dispersant,and its content in the suspen-sion system was 1%.By theantimicrobial treatment of Chinese fir parquet,testing with paster method,it could be concluded that: The content of silver-loaded zirconium phosphate antimicrobial agent in coating and MF were 1% and 0.6% respectively,the antimicrobial ratio of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet could reach to 90%,which meant the antimicrobial level;When its content reached to 1.5%-2% and 0.8%-1% respectively,the antimicrobial ratio of antimicrobial Chinese fir parquet could reach to 99%,which meant strong antimicrobial level.
