摘  要:目的探讨双能量CT血管造影(CTA)在自发性颅内出血诊治中的应用价值。方法总结30例自发性颅内出血患者的双能量CTA影像学资料,结合数字减影血管造影术(DSA)和手术所见进行回顾性分析。结果 30例患者中DSA或手术共检出21个动脉瘤,CTA检出20个。与手术和DSA结果比较,双能量CTA漏诊2个,误诊1个,双能量CTA检出颅内动脉瘤的敏感性为91.3%,特异性为88.9%,阳性预测值为80.0%,阴性预测值为95.5%;平均辐射剂量(327.63±29.89)mGy;平均扫描时间(4.95±0.42)s。结论双能量CTA检查在诊断颅内动脉瘤方面具有较高的准确性,同时可以降低辐射剂量和检查时间,更适合临床应用。Objective To study the role of double energy CT angiography(CTA) in diagnosis of spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage (SAH). Methods double energy CTA, digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and surgical data about 30 SAH patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twenty-one aneurysms were detected by DSA or in operation and 20 aneurysms were de- tected by double energy CTA in 30 SAH patients. Two aneurysms were missed and one aneurysm was misdiagnosed by double energy CTA. The sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predic- tion rate of double energy CTA were 91.3%,88.9%,80.0% ,and 95.5% ,respectively. The aver- age radiation dosage was 327.63±29.89 mGy. The average scanning time was 4. 95 ± 0.42 sec- onds. Conclusion Double energy CTA can reduce the radiation dosage and scaning time of in tracranial tumors with a high accuracy and is thus more suitable for its clinical application.
