摘 要:[目的]研究综合心理干预对中职护生认知策略使用及学习成绩的影响。[方法]采取综合心理干预,对102名中职护生进行心理干预。采用自身前后对照研究,通过学习策略与动机问卷(MLSQ)对学生认知策略使用进行评估并比较干预前后学生学习成绩变化。[结果]干预前后认知策略使用评分分别为31.52分±5.42分和36.21分±6.25分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后学生在内科、外科、基础护理、药理、健康评估科目成绩均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]综合心理干预能提高中职护生认知策略的使用,对改善学习策略、提高学习成绩有良好的效果。Objective: To study the influence of comprehensive psychologi- cal interventions on cognitive strategy use and learning performance of sec- ondary vocational nursing students. Methods: A total of 102 secondary vo- cational nursing students received comprehensive psychological interven- tion. The students'cognitive strategies use was assessed and the change of learning performance of students were compared between before and after interventions by using the learning strategies and motivation questionnaire (MLSQ) and the self - control study. Results : After intervention, there was statistically significant difference in cognitive strategies score (31. 52±5. 42,36.21 ± 6.25, P 〈 0.05), students' achievements were significantly in- creased in internal medicine, surgery, basic nursing, pharmacology, health assessment courses (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: comprehensive psychological interventions can enhance the cognitive strategies use of secondary voca- tional nursing students, improve the learning strategies and academic per- formances of the students.
