摘　　要：阐述了图书馆文化建设是现代图书馆管理的重要内容,提出了图书馆文化建设的主要内容和先进理念,指出推进图书馆文化建设,打造具有时代特色的图书馆文化的有效途径。After the library culture construction which is the important contents in modem library management was described, its main contents and advanced concepts were put forward, and creation of library culture with epochal features with effective methods was discussed.
