摘　　要：从医院图书馆基础信息环境和用户利用图书馆信息资源的行为方式两个方面对医院图书馆信息资源建设和利用的影响进行了调查分析,结果显示,医务人员对电子信息资源需求增加,而对纸质文献资源的利用在逐年下降,图书馆工作人员和医务人员的信息素养都有待提高。Effect of information environment in hospital library and behaviors of hospital library resources users on information resources development in hospital library and their utilization was investigated and analyzed, which showed that the demand of medical staff for electronic information resources increases while their utilization of printed literature resources deceases yearly, and information literacy of librarians and medical staff needs to be improved.
