摘　　要：介绍了天津市医院重点学科及文献资源建设现状,提出了医院重点学科文献资源建设的规划,探讨了如何增强医院重点学科文献保障能力的措施。After the current situation of key subject construction and literature of Tianjin was described, a plan of literature resources development for the key put forward, and measures of how to strengthen the literature support capability Core medical journals. resources development in hospitals subjects in hospitals of Tianjin was for their key subjects were studied.
