拔牙窝位点保存的初步临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察拔牙同期行拔牙窝植入Bio-ossCollagen位点保存,延期种植体植入的临床疗效。方法:对14例要求拔牙后作牙种植修复的病例,拔牙后牙槽窝内植入Bio-ossCollagen进行位点保存,术后观察软硬组织愈合情况,4-6个月后,在植骨位置行临床和X线检查,确定足够的牙槽骨骨量,行种植体植入术。结果:14例患者植骨区愈合良好,外形丰满,高度和宽度基本保持,顺利完成种植修复。结论:拔牙后牙槽窝即刻植骨位点保存,可有效保持牙槽骨外形,提供足够的牙槽骨高度和宽度。在足够骨量基础上行延期种植近期临床效果满意,长期效果尚需进一步观察。Objectlve：To evaluate the effect of immediate bone graft in postextraction sockets. Methods：Fourteen patients requiring dental implants after postextraction were selected for this study. The fresh sockets were immediately grafted and filled with Bio--oss Collagen. 4-6 months later, the alveolar bone heights were measured by routine X-ray examination, followed by implant placements. Results： The alveolar bone height and width were basically maintained without depression and atrophy through clinical observation and X-ray examination. Failure did not happen during a 6-24 months follow-up period. Conclusion： After bone powder grafted immediately in postextraction sockets, sufficient alveolar bone volume for implants could be preserved. Implant placements with sufficient bone support might effectively simplify the preoperative examination and surgical procedures, reducing local reaction.
