摘　　要：为了寻找更好的抗肿瘤药物,以均具有抗肿瘤活性的苦参碱和氮芥互为药效基团,并以苦参碱为原料,合成了3种未见文献报道的氮芥苦参碱衍生物。具有合成方法简便,条件易控,成本较低等优点,所得产物经过1HNMR、MS和元素分析确证。In order to find more effective anticancer drugs, both matrine and nitrogen mustard have been used as pharma- eophore due to anti-tumor activity. Three nitrogen mustard matrinc target compounds were synthesized utilizing matrine as starting material. Synthesis methods of these compounds are simple,easy to control conditions, and low cost advantages. The structures of target compounds were characterized by ele- mental analysis,^1HNMR and MS.
