摘 要:在涂布机工作中,逗号刮刀的挠度调节对产品的质量有重要影响,但现有人工调节技术存在精度差和效率低等不足。基于挠度调节理论和非线性控制方法的耦合,提出一种基于平衡位置的线性调节方法,并推导出挠度调节公式。以某型号刮刀为实验对象,给出刃口在受到不同大小载荷和不同位置载荷时的变形图,进行原理性实验研究。结果表明,运用调节公式可以大幅提高刮刀刃口挠曲度调节精度。In the working process of a coating machine,the regulation of comma blade has an im- portant influence on the quality of the products. Nowadays, the problems of low precision and efficien- cy of regulating deflection were caused by manual manipulation. Based on coupling of deflection regu- lation theory and nonlinear control theory, a linear regulating method based on the balance position was proposed, and the formula of regulate deflection was deduced. In the regulating experiments of comma blade,the defomation figures of blade in different loads and different positons were obtained, the principle of regulating deflection was tested. Results show that the formula of regulatinge deflection can improve the blade deflection substantially.
