摘  要:采用榄香烯复合瘤苗治疗 6 15系小鼠乳腺癌 (Ca76 1)和小鼠肝癌Hca的高淋巴道转移亚系(HCa -F)。Ca76 1和HCa -F的生长均受到抑制 ;平均存活时间分别由 34 5d延长到 4 2 8d(Ca76 1)和由 2 3 7d延长到 31 0d(HCa -F) ,P <0 0 5。治疗组小鼠脾细胞对HCa -F、L92 9和YAC - 1的细胞毒活性也增强。结果提示榄香烯复合瘤苗对MHC表达水平不同的肿瘤都可能有治疗效应。A murine mammary carcinoma Ca761 and a high metastatic subclone HCa-F of murinc hepatocarcinoma HCa were treated with elemene combo-tumor cell vaccine(TCV).The growth of both Ca761 and HCa-F was inhibited after the immunotherapy,mean survival time prolonged from 34 5 to 42 8 days (Ca761) and from 23 7 to 31 0 days(HCa-F),respectively,P<0 05.The cytotoxicity against HCa-F,L929 and YAC-1 of the splenocytes of mice treated with TCV was increased.These results showed that elemene combo-TCV immunization has treatment effects on some tumors with different MHC molecules and/or different MHC expression levels.
