薄煤层炮掘巷道履带式煤岩装载机的研制

摘　　要：为解决我国煤矿薄煤层半煤岩炮掘巷道装载机械化,提高装载效率和巷道掘进速度,提出研究开发薄煤层半煤岩巷道中使用的履带式煤岩装载机。介绍了履带式煤岩装载机结构组成和工作原理,并着重对装载机构、行走结构、运输结构以及冷却系统进行阐述,对装载试验情况进行介绍。Atter loading techniques at home and abroad in blasting-heading roataways oI semi coal- rock thin coal seam have been discussed, a crawler coal-rock loader which is suitable for such condition has been researched and developed. The structure as well as principle of work has been introduced, while main parts such as loading, walking, conveying and cooling systems are introduced specifically in this paper. According to industrial test, this loader can improve level of mechanization in blasting-heading semi coal-rock thin cola seam in China; it can improve heading speed by increasing loading efficiency as well.
