结肠癌PCNA的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨结肠癌增殖细胞与组织学类型、肠壁浸润深度间的关系。　方法 :用免疫组化 ABC法 ,检测 6 2例结肠癌标本。　结果 :结肠高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、粘液腺癌、低分化腺癌其增殖细胞核抗原 ( PCNA)表达阳性率分别为 ( 43.7± 6 .6 ) %、( 5 1.0± 6 .5 ) %、( 5 2 .9± 4.6 ) %、( 5 5 .6± 0 .9) % ( P<0 .0 1) ;浸润浅肌层、深肌层、浆膜层PCNA表达阳性率分别为 ( 39.9± 5 .2 ) %、( 47.0± 4.7) %、( 5 3.5± 4.3) % ,差异非常显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。　结论 :高分化型浸润较浅的结肠癌细胞的增殖活跃程度相对较低。检测 PCNA的方法 ,不破坏组织细胞结构 ,方法简便 ,重复性好 。Objectives: To explore the relationship between proliferative cell and histopathologic style and the depth of invasion of bowel wall in colonic carcinoma. Methods:Sixtytwo patients with colonic carcinoma were studied by the method of immunohistochemical ABC staining. Results:The positive rates of PCNA expression were (43.7±6.6)%,(51.0±6.5)%,( 55.6 ± 0.9 )%,and (52.9±4.6)% for well,moderate,poordifferentiated and musinous adenocarcinoma respectively (P<0.01).The percentage of PCNA expression was (39.9±5.2)%,(47.0± 4.7 )% and (53.5±4.3)% for submucosa, muscularis propria and subserosa invasion respectively (P<0.01). Conclusions:The proliferative activity was slow for well differentiated and low invasive colonic carcinoma. Test of PCNA was easy to perform and preservative to the pathohistologic structures of the tumor cells, and should be widely applied.
