中国哈尔滨工程大学与加纳海岸角大学短跑运动员培养方式研究对比分析

摘　　要：本文通过哈尔滨工程大学和海岸角大学从运动员的选材、训练时间及内容、比赛情况、比赛成绩、训练人员配置方面进行科学比较分析并得出结论：哈尔滨工程大学与海岸角大学在对运动员培养方式存在较大差异，海岸角大学的运动员的培养方式优于哈尔滨工程大学，并提出了短跑运动员合理培养方式的建议。This article makes analysis and comparison from athletes material, the training time and content,the situation of competition, the results of the competition, training personnel allocation between the Harbin engineering university and Ghana Cape Coast university. The main conclusion： there is a big difference in athlete＇s cultivation mode between Harbin engineering university and the Cape Coast University. The method of the athletes cultivation of the Cape Coast university is better than the Harbin engineering university.And the reasonable suggestions were gave about cultivating sprinter.
