摘　　要：目的对如何培养临床药师学员的药学知识进行探讨。方法通过分析药学知识水平对临床药师开展工作的影响以及临床药师培训中学员药学知识的积累途径,探讨如何培养和巩固学员的药学知识。结果药学知识在临床药学工作中具有非常重要的地位。结论临床药师培训机构可以通过带教临床药师的指导、鼓励学员的自学及在临床实践中有目的的引导来培养培训学员的药学知识。Objective To explore how to cultivate the pharmacological knowledge of the clinical pharmacist trainees. Methods By analyzing the level of pharmacy knowledge on the impact of clinical pharmacists to carry out the work as well as participants in the training of clinical pharmacists pharmacy knowledge accumulated way. Results The pharmacy has a very important role of knowledge in clinical pharmacy. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist training institutions can cultivate the trainee pharmacy knowledge by guiding of the clinical pharmacists, encouraging trainees self-study and practicing in clinical with a purpose.
