摘　　要：通过对汽车人才市场的深入调研，本文分析了现代汽车类企业对人才的知识和能力需求，结合应用型本科专业建设原则，探讨了车辆工程专业的高级应用型人才培养目标和规格要求。在此基础上，从应用型人才培养的视角，对课程体系设置和实践性教学环节进行了重构。Based on the survey of automotive talent market, this article analyses the requirements of knowledge and capability in the modern auto enterprise, discusses advanced applying talents training target and specifications of vehicle engineering according to priciples of applied undergraduate specialty construction. On these bases, curriculum system setup and practical teaching step are reconstructed from the view of applying talents training.
