胰腺癌组织中CXCR7的表达与其临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨CXCR7在人胰腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测64例胰腺癌组织及24例正常组织中CXCR7的表达。结果:胰腺癌组织的CXCR7表达在是否淋巴结转移之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:CXCR7与胰腺癌的侵袭转移密切相关,有可能作为治疗胰腺癌的新靶点。Objective：To investigate the expression of CXCR7 and its clinical significance in human panreatic cancer.Methods： The expression of CXCR7 in 64 samples of human pancreatic cancer and 24 samples of normal human pancreatic tissues were detected by the immunohistochemistry method.Results： The expression of CXCR7 correlated with lymph node metastasis,expression rate of CXCR7 in group of having lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than not（P0.05）.Conclusion： The high expression of CXCR7 plays an important role in invasion and metastasis in human pancreatic cancer and CXCR7 may serve as an usefully therapeutic target for curing pancreatic cancer.
