超级γ刀治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超级γ刀立体定向放射治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效。方法:190例患者采用超级γ刀SGS-I型立体定向放射治疗,单次3-7Gy,隔日1次,总照射剂量30-50Gy。结果:治疗结束后3个月复查AFP和CT,完全缓解(CR)15.26%,部分缓解(PR)60.53%,无变化(NC)15.26%,进展(PD)8.95%;CR+PR为75.79%。结论:超级γ刀治疗原发性肝癌安全有效,可缓解症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the short-term therapeutic efficacay of stereotactic radiotherapy with super gamma knife in treatment of primary liver carcinoma.Methods：Total of 190 patients with primary liver carcinoma were treated with stereotactic radiotherapy with super gamma knife.The fractional dose was given 3-7Gy per fraction＇one fraction every other day.The total dose was 30-50Gy.Results：Three months after the treatment the tumor response rate was CR 15.26%,PR 60.53%,NC 15.26%,PD 8.95%;CR＋PR 75.79%.Conclusion：Super gamma knife can saftely and effectively relieve patients＇ symptoms and improve their life quality.
