摘  要:该文为了得到生产微酸性电生功能水最好的操作条件,采用4因素Central-Composite中心组合设计,研究了不同生产条件(电压、盐酸溶液的流量、盐酸溶液的质量分数和原水的流量)对微酸性电生功能水的有效氯浓度、pH值、氧化还原电位和电导率的影响。试验结果表明,电压、盐酸溶液的质量分数和原水流量对有效氯浓度影响极显著(p<0.01);盐酸溶液的流量、盐酸溶液的质量分数和原水流量对微酸性电生功能水的pH值影响极显著(p<0.01);盐酸溶液的流量、盐酸溶液的质量分数和原水流量对微酸性电生功能水的氧化还原电位和电导率影响极显著(p<0.01)。这些差异通过线性和二次性模型来描述。有效氯浓度、pH值、氧化还原电位和电导率的决定系数都大于0.95。生产微酸性电生功能水最佳的工作参数是电压4.4V、盐酸溶液的流量1.04L/h、盐酸溶液的质量分数2.8%、原水的流量210L/h。生产的微酸性电生功能水的指标为有效氯浓度(32±2)mg/L、pH值6.40±0.1、氧化还原电位(920±10)mV和电导率(1130±30)μS/cm。结果表明此方法可以得到生产微酸性电生功能水的最优的操作条件。In order to obtain the best operating parameters for preparing slightly acidic electrolyzed functional water (SAEFW), a four-factor central composite design was adopted to investigate the effects of voltage (U), hydrochloric acid solution flow rate (Q H ), concentration (C H ) and water flow rate (Q W ) on the available chlorine concentration (ACC), pH value, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and electrical conductivity of SAEFW. The results indicated that the ACC was affected significantly (p〈0.01) by the processing factors, such as Q W , U and C H . It was noticeable (p〈0.01) that the factors Q H , C H and Q W influenced the pH value of SAEFW. Q H , C H and Q W obviously affected (p〈0.01) the ORP value and the electrical conductivity of SAEFW. The variations could be well described by linear or quadratic polynomial models. The determination coefficients of ACC, pH value, ORP and electrical conductivity are all more than 0.95. The best operating parameters for manufacturing SAEFW by generator were 4.4 V of DC voltage, 1.04L/h of hydrochloric acid flow rate, 2.8% of hydrochloric acid solution concentration and 210 L/h of water flow rate. The criteria of SAEFW were available chlorine concentration (32±2) mg/L, pH value 6.40±0.1, ORP (920±10) mV and electrical conductivity (1130±30) μS/cm. The experimental results showed that the proposed method could obtain the best operating conditions for manufacturing the SAEFW.
