摘　　要：目的运用光镜和图像分析系统定量分析绵羊窦房结组织中的细胞结构。方法 20只绵羊心脏窦房结取材后,常规石腊切片,HE染色,光学显微镜观测,采用高清晰度彩色图文分析系统对相关数据进行分析,全部数据进行统计学检验。结果观察了窦房结的整体形态,并测定了P细胞、T细胞及心肌细胞的横径、面积、核浆比等数据。结论绵羊的窦房结细胞有其特定的组织学特点,但细胞成分和人体及其他哺乳动物类似。Objective To study the histological features of sinoatrial node of sheep using light microscopy and image analysis system for quantitative analysis. Methods The heart sinoatrial nodes（SAN） from adult sheep were performed by conventional paraffin-embedded method, the slices were stained with HE （hematoxylin and eosin）. High-resolution color graphic analysis system was used to analyze feature of cells in sinoatrial node. All results were expressed as mean value^standard deviation, statistical significance was assessed using one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）. Results The overall morphology of sinoatrial node was observed. A series of data were measured, such as diameter, area and ratio of nuclear diameter of P cell, T cell and heart muscle cell. Conclusion The sinoatrial node cell of sheep has specific histological feature, the composition is similar to human and other mammals.
