摘　　要：目的探讨急性小肠梗阻手术时机。方法回顾性分析120例急性小肠梗阻患者病例资料,结合辅助检查和临床资料,分析急性小肠梗阻手术时机。结果 120例患者中,经保守治疗缓解30例,手术治疗缓解90例;绞榨和绞榨前期的70例患者急诊手术治疗,保守治疗无效转而手术治疗的患者20例;主要结合辅助检查及临床表现分析肠管狭窄及梗阻程度并据此判断手术时机。结论急性小肠梗阻手术时机应综合判断,正确了解肠管狭窄及梗阻程度是决定是否手术治疗的关键。Objective To investigate operation timing in acute small bowel obstruction. Methods Retrospectively analyze medical files of 120 patients with acute small bowel obstruction, explore operation timing though combining their clinical data with auxiliary examination. Results 30 cases of 120 patients got well after conservative treatment and 90 cases got well though operating, 70 patients in necrosis and pre-necrosis time take urgent operation and 20 cases which failed in conservative treatment turned to operating. Judging operation timing was mainly according to degree of bowel obstruction from analysis of auxiliary examination and clinical manifestations. Conclusion Operation timing in acute small bowel obstruction should be decided comprehensively, and properly understanding the degree of intestinal obstruction is the key to decide to operate or not.
