摘  要:为得到汽车发动机缸内混合气体压力、温度等参数的变化曲线,达到优化发动机性能指标的目的;对汽车发动机缸内四个阶段的工作过程进行分析,建立相应的数学模型,利用四阶龙格库塔法求解微分方程;选用直喷式四冲程GW2.8TC型柴油机作为仿真对象,数值仿真结果表明缸内工作过程参数变化曲线与该气缸实际情况是一致的,所建立的数学模型是正确的;得到的汽车发动机在工作循环过程中温度、压强及体积随曲轴转角变化曲线,可用来判断配气相位、压缩比等结构参数对发动机性能指标的影响,优化发动机性能。To obtain the changing curves of the pressure,temperature and other parameters in the cylinder to optimize the performance index of automobile engine,the paper analyzed the four stages of working process in the automobile engine cylinder and established the corresponding mathematical model.The differential equation was solved by using Runge-Kutta;then the fuel injection and four stroke diesel engine of GW2.8 TC was chosen as the simulation object.The results show that the numerical simulation of the working process in diesel cylinder is consistent with the actual work situation and the model is reasonable.The changing curves of the cylinder volume,pressure and temperature with the crankshaft rotating angle can be used to judge the influence of structure parameters such as valve timing and compression ratio on the engine performance index and to optimize engine performances.
