摘 要:目的评价乳腺癌传统适形放疗和调强放疗靶区剂量分布和心、肺组织接受的剂量。方法使用Eclipse三维治疗计划系统,对37例乳腺癌术后分别实施传统适形放射治疗和调强放射治疗计划。比较两种放射治疗计划的剂量分布和心、肺组织的受量。结果处方剂量为5000cGy时,调强放疗的靶区剂量分布更理想,且心、肺组织受照射剂量和体积也明显少于适形放射治疗。Objective To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the dose distribution and the acceptable dose for heart and lung during the conform and intensity modulated radiotherapy for patients with breast carcinoma. Methods 37 cases of breast carcinoma were applied Eclipse 3D - planning system and the conform radiotherapy and intensity modulated radiotherapy were also used, respectively for these patients. The dose distribu- tion in targets and the acceptable dosage for lung and heart in the above two treatment methods were compared and recorded. Results When the description dose was 5000cGy, better dose distribution was found and lower radio dosage and volume in the heart and lung was found in intensity modulated radiotherapy than those in conform radio- therapy. Conclusion The dose distribution of the therapeutic plan of intensity modulated radiotherapy is approved compared with the dose distributionin the treatment plan of conform radiotherapy. In addition, the radio dose and volume that have been delivered to lung and heart in the intensity modulated radiotherapy were much lower than those in the conform radiotherapy .
