气管腺样囊性癌行人工血管联合外支架重建长段气管2例

摘　　要：报道2例长段气管肿瘤切除重建病例并复习文献,探讨人工血管外支架重建长段气管的效果,为长段气管切除提供新的手术方法。本研究2例患者均因肿瘤行长段气管切除并人工血管外支架重建,术后病理学诊断为腺样囊性癌,术后2个月随访恢复良好,提示人工血管外支架为长段气管肿瘤切除提供了一种有效的手术方法,效果良好。This article reports 2 cases of patients underwent long-segment tracheal tumor resection and reconstruction, based on review of literature, and discusses the effect of reconstruction of long-segment tracheal with artificial vascular and external stent, in order to provide a new operation method for long-segment tracheal resection. 2 cases who accepted long- segmental tracheal resection and artificial vascular extemal stent reconstruction are all due to tumor. Postoperative pathologic is diagnosis for adenoid cystic carcinoma. Patients are all good recovery at 2 months after operative, it indicates that artificial vascular and external stent provide an effective operation method for long-segment tracheal tumor resection.
