社区综合性干预对促进青少年心理健康水平的实验性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区综合干预措施对青少年心理行为问题的影响。方法采用GHQ、SAS、SDS量表对青少年心理和行为问题进行评定,比较采取社区综合性干预措施前后青少年心理行为问题差异,用χ2和t检验进行统计学分析。结果干预后青少年心理健康知识掌握率高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后GHQ各方面分数和总分较干预前明显变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后SAS、SDS得分较干预前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后学生的学习成绩和行为表现进步明显。结论社区综合干预措施可减少青少年心理行为问题的发生,并且可以有效地提高青少年的社会生活能力水平。Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive community intervention measures on adolescent psycho- logical behavior problems. Methods General health questionnaire （GHQ）, self rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used to evaluate adolescent psychological and behavioral problems, which were compared be- tween before and after comprehensive community intervention. χ2 and t test were used to carry out statistical analysis. Re- sults Awareness rate of mental health knowledge in adolescent after comprehensive community intervention was higher than that of before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with before comprehensive com- munity intervention, changes of each question and total scores of GHQ after intervention showed statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. Scores of SAS and SDS after comprehensive community intervention were statistically lower than those of be- fore intervention （P 〈 0.05）. After comprehensive community intervention, students＇ school records and behavioral expres- sions progressed obviously. Conclusion Comprehensive community intervention not only can decrease occurrence of ado- lescent psychological health problems, but also effectively improve their social life ability.
