摘 要:采用不同的方法对来源不同地区的4个甜高粱品种叶片不同部位的抗氧化物质黄酮、SOD、维生素C进行动态研究,结果表明:甜高粱不同品种均表现为叶肉中黄酮、维生素C含量高,叶脉中SOD活性高。甜高粱品种间引4叶肉、叶脉黄酮含量高,引26叶肉、叶脉维生素C含量高,吉甜杂1叶肉中维生素C含量高,叶脉中SOD活性强。发现甜高粱各品种及叶不同部位抗氧化物质在甜高粱发育中后期猛增而达到峰值。Dynamic research to antioxidants flavonoids, SOD, vitamin C different parts of blade of four sweet sorghum varieties in different regions were adopted with different approach. The results showed that mesophyll flavonoids and vitamin C content were high, SOD in veins was active in different sweet sorghum varieties. Sweet sorghum varieties Yin No. 4 had high flavonoid content in mesophyll and veins, Yin No. 26 had high vitamin C content in mesophyll and veins. Jitianza No. 1 had high vitamin C content in mesophyll, SOD in veins was active. The content of antioxidants reached its culmination in the mid late period of growth in the leaves of sweet sorghum varieties.
