摘  要:采用标准k-ε模型及多重参考系法研究高剪切搅拌罐中叶轮角度与流体黏度改变对搅拌罐内混合流场、功率消耗、泵吸流量的影响。结果表明,高剪切搅拌罐中采用60°斜叶轮时流场具有较强烈的漩涡,泵吸流量和功率消耗也较大,同时定子射流半径也有所增加,具有较明显的优势。高剪切搅拌罐搅拌轴功率随着流体黏度的增大呈现先增大后减小的变化规律,在黏度为0.1~0.5Pa.s时功率最大;剪切头流量随着黏度的增大呈现出先降低后增大的趋势。Standard k-εmodel and MRF method were used to study the effects of rotor angle and viscosity on flow pattern,energy consumption and pumping flow rate.It has been found that when choosing the 600rotor,the flow field had more vortex,and the flow rate and energy consumption were enhanced in some extent.Moreover,the stator jet region was larger,and obvious advantage had shown on 600rotor.It also showed that the power number got bigger at first then smaller as the viscosity getting larger.The power number had its maximum when the viscosity was between 0.1Pa.s and 0.5Pa.s.The flow rate was reduced at first and then increased gradually along with the increasing of viscosity.
