玉津酒中12种金属元素检测分析

摘　　要：用WFX -Ⅱ型原子吸收分光光度计测定了玉津酒中Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe、Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb、Ca、Mg、Na、K等 12种金属元素含量。结果表明 ,其中玉津酒 1号样品Zn、Fe含量高于其它 3个样品。玉津酒中所含微量元素具有调节机体免疫功能的作用 。The content of 12 kinds of metal elements Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cd,Pb,Ca,Mg,Na,K in Yujin wine was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry The results showed that Mg can not be detected while Zn,Fe content in Yujin wine are much higher than that in the other samples These elements can regulate human bodys immunity function Yujin wine can improve rheumatoid arthritis
