摘　　要：急性出血性中风病病机"阴虚为本,离经之血为标",依据"治病求本"、"标本兼治"的治则,提出"养阴乃扶正之源"、"活血实为治标"的治法,推崇使用生地、牛膝二药。The basis pathological causes of acute hemorrhagic apoplexy are deficiency of Yin and hypostasis.According to the therapeutic principles of concentrating on the root causes and addressing both the symptoms and root causes,the method of nourishing Yin and the method of activating blood should be adopted.Shendi and Niuxi should be used more.
